What can happen on the last day of the 2023 Sahara Conference?

There are just two games left in the 2023 Sahara Conference, but what can happen on the last day of competition at Dakar Arena on Tuesday, March 21?
For almost two weeks six clubs from different parts of Africa battled it out for a place in the playoffs in May in Kigali.
After finishing 0-5, Nigerian champions Kwara Falcons were eliminated from the playoff contention.
However, Abidjan Basket Club (ABC), Rwanda Energy Group (REG), US Monastir, AS Douanes and Stade Malien head to the last day without knowing what their Sahara Conference’s future holds.
Below is the Sahara Conference standings as of March 20.
In the first game of the day, Stade Malien will take on ABC.
Later in the day, hosts AS Douanes will face US Monastir.
And here’s what can happen on the last day of the 2023 Sahara Conference:
a. The rankings of Teams in a Conference will be based on each Team’s win-loss record. Teams with better win-loss records will be ranked higher.
b. If two (2) or more Teams in a Conference have the same win-loss record across all Games, the Game(s) between such two (2) or more Teams shall decide their respective rankings.
c. If such two (2) or more Teams have the same win-loss record across the respective Games between them, further criteria will be applied in the following order:
(1) Higher point differential (i.e., the difference between the aggregate points scored by a Team and the aggregate points conceded by such Team) in the Games between the respective Teams.
(2) Higher number of points scored in the Games between the respective Teams.
(3) Higher average point differential in all Games played against other Teams in the Conference.
(4) Higher average number of points scored in all Games played against other Teams in the Conference.
d. If these criteria still cannot determine a ranking, the ranking shall be decided by a drawing.
e. If at any level of these criteria one (1) or more Team(s) can be ranked, the procedure shall be repeated from the beginning in respect of any remaining Teams not yet ranked.
