The program creates a direct bridge between emerging talent and leading figures within the African sports ecosystem through an immersive, high-impact experience hosted in BAL markets throughout the season.
Selected participants, chosen through an application process, will take part in a program structured around three key phases:
- Preparation: A virtual pre-event session designed to equip participants and maximize the quality of exchanges.
- The Event (Speed-Mentoring): A dynamic, in-person format where each participant engages in focused, high-impact mentoring conversations with 3 to 4 experienced mentors.
The objective of the program is to provide increased visibility, meaningful network-building opportunities, and practical guidance to help women advance within the sports industry — both on and off the court.
