BAL4HER Power Hour is a strategic mentorship platform designed to accelerate the growth of women in early to mid-career stages. The program creates a direct bridge between emerging talent and leading figures within the African sports ecosystem through an immersive, high-impact experience hosted in BAL markets throughout the season.
Selected participants, chosen through an application process, will take part in a program structured around three key phases:
- Preparation: A virtual pre-event session designed to equip participants and maximize the quality of exchanges.
- The Event (Speed-Mentoring): A dynamic, in-person format where each participant engages in focused, high-impact mentoring conversations with 3 to 4 experienced mentors.
- Immersion: Following the session, participants are invited to experience a live BAL game in the arena.
This season, the BAL4HER Power Hour will take place in Johannesburg and Rabat during the Conference phase, before concluding in Kigali during the BAL Finals.
The objective of the program is to provide increased visibility, meaningful network-building opportunities, and practical guidance to help women advance within the sports industry — both on and off the court.
