BAL launches Daily Show

The Basketball Africa League has introduced a new segment to its coverage of the league with the addition of the BAL Daily.

The new show is presented by former Kenyan international player Silalei Agalo Shani.

On the first episode of the BAL Daily, Shani introduces the teams that make up the 2024 Kalahari Conference.

Shani shows us around the SunBet Arena facility.

She then talks to FUS Rabat captain Abdelhakim Zouita and discusses the Moroccan champions' approach to their BAL debut.

The BAL Daily hosts sits down with Cape Town Tigers Lebesa Selepe to discuss the benefits and impact of meditation to the team in the BAL Tournament.

Midway through the show, Shani sheds light on the aftermath of the game between FUS Rabat and Petro de Luanda.

Silalei talks to FUS Rabat guard Johnathan Jordan about how he stayed mentally focused throughout the matchup.
