BAL Pro Camp 2025

The first BAL Pro Camp tipped off on September 25th in Saly, at the NBA Academy facilities. The pro camp is a professional development camp designed for the players aged 18 to 26 to have a platform to develop their skills on and off the court. The camp covered the following topics such as:

  • Skills development
  • Dribbling
  • Shooting
  • PR Training
  • Nutrition
  • Mental Heal Performance
  • Coaching Clinic
  • Key key points:

    Hotel – Palm Beach Hotel & Resort in Saly

    Venue – NBA Academy Facility in Diambar Institute

    Number – 32 players

    Age – 18 to 26 years old

    Nationalities – 10 countries represented

    The camp also included 15 coaches from eight countries— Cameroon, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Malawi, Ivory Coast, France, Spain —who guided the players and shared expertise.

    African coaches gained valuable insights from their international peers, supporting our mission to develop coaching talent across the continent.

    Standout talents like Aboubakar Gakou (Petro de Luanda), Ayoub Nouhi (FUS Rabat), Valentin Lele (Cameroon), and 19-year-old Malick Souaré (Côte d’Ivoire) showcased the depth of talent on the continent.

    2025 BAL MVP and Champion - Jean Jacques Boissy also joined us making a true full circle moment.
