Dar City secure last 2026 BAL Playoffs spot in the Kalahari Conference

Dar City secured the last of four Playoffs tickets for Kalahari Conference teams.

Despite Dar City's 104-92 loss to RSSB Tigers on Saturday, the Tanzanian champions' 2-3 overall record and a head-to-head advantage over the Nairobi City Thunder, were enough to grant them entry to the postseason.

The Nairobi City Thunder reached the final day of the Kalahari Conference with a 1-3 record before facing RSSB Tigers on Sunday.

Dar City's 90-85 win over the Nairobi City Thunder gave them a head-to-head advantage over the Thunder in the final rankings, even if the Kenyan champions defeated the Tigers and finished 2-3 on the final day.
