G.S. Pétroliers (ALGERIA)

Founded in 2008, the Groupement Sportif des Petroliers (GS Petroliers) is the basketball team of a multi-sports club. The club is based in Algiers, Algeria. The team was founded on 7 August 1921 and plays its home games in the Salle HacèneHarcha, which has a capacity of 8,000 people. The team was originally part of the Mouloudia Club d'Alger (MC Alger) club but became a part of GS Pétroliers on 2 June 2008. Starting from the 1999–2000 season, the team has won numerous titles in Algeria.
